I'm alex, a German-american designer, illustrator and student based in Cologne. My work is fueled by a love for bold, expressive design that tells a story and creates connections.
I often explore the space between design and art. Two worlds that overlap but are also different. To me, the key difference lies in communication and interpretation. Good design has a purpose, guiding the viewer clearly toward an idea or function. Art, on the other hand, leaves room for discovery, inviting different interpretations and emotions. Finding a balance between these two perspectives keeps my work both focused and creative.
The things I love most inspire me. Pop culture, movies, comics, music and peoples experiences. These influences naturally shape my style making it personal and easy to relate to. What started as a love for visual storytelling has become a commitment, to making designs that are meaningful and engaging.
